Pennsylvania will host the 46th Pittsburgh Steelers' training camp at the University of Pennsylvania on August 2, 2011. Latrobe Memorial Stadium is home to the Greater Latrobe Wildcats, and the school has been home to Penn State University's men's and women's basketball teams since 1966. It is also the host city of the Pennsylvania State Fair, the state's largest sporting event.

Before Latrobe gained fame, it was home to the Rolling Stones and golfer Arnold Palmer, as well as a number of other famous figures from the sports and entertainment industry.
