Refused to budge even a little on outrageous used car prices. Took two vehicles on test drives that didn't have all the equipment listed on the sticker. Owner (Lud) and salesman (Mark) were both rather rude as well. Needless to say I went elsewhere.

They sold us a gm certified vehicle that shortly after began to rust....upon trip after trip to the body shop...the repair shop ((which is awesome~the one benefit to this business)) told us it had been wrecked before we bought it. We however paid for a vehicle that was supposed to be in excellent condition. Called GM and they had to contact owner, because he would not respond to us. After GM contacted, he still would do nothing to make up for ripping us off, and making us lose our family vehicle for extended periods of time.
